Hi everyone! So I know it’s now March and Valentine’s Day was quite a ways back, but I wanted to show you all what I made for Branden this Valentine’s Day!
Easy Low Calorie Fudge
For my first recipe, I wanted to make homemade fudge because I know how much my dear fiancé loves it! So I looked up an easy to make recipe and found one that was only 50 calories per piece! Obviously fudge will never ever be good for you, but it’s always best to limit the damage in any way possible, right?
I found this fudge recipe in a few different variations on different websites and all of them had the same basic ingredients:
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 bag Chocolate Chips
and Vanilla Extract.
You mix one bag of chocolate chips with one can of sweetened condensed milk and melt together over the stove. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to taste after it’s melted and voila, pour into the greased pan and you’re done!
After going into the fridge for a few hours to cool, it came out and I cut it up into squares.
Chocolate Chip Raspberries
Original post from Sasha Libby at Saucy’s Sprinkles.
Two simple ingredients:
White and Dark Chocolate Chips
Make sure to rinse the raspberries first!
Set them out to dry and pick out any broken or smashed berries.
Put a chocolate chip inside each raspberry and enjoy!
Aren’t they the cutest? Not to mention delicious!
