I had a busy Sunday this week, having to rush off from Mass to a wedding anniversary celebration that I was taking photos for, but I was able to steal a few hours at home to (somewhat) relax and check a few things off my to-do list.
This is one of the first maxi dresses I think I’ve ever worn. I tend to have a hard time finding ones that fit me well because the smaller sizes are too small in the top and waist, but the bigger sizes are too long and drag the ground. #shortpersonproblems
I found this dress while thrift shopping and it is ever so slightly too long, but it doesn’t drag the ground and that’s a win in my book. I think it feels sort of like an african safari, with a bit of a tribal print, but it’s not too overwhelming, which I like. This type of blue/green color scheme is flattering to my skin tone so it shows up quite often in my wardrobe. I’m quite fond of warm colors.
