This Sunday I was pleased to have my entire family join me for Mass in the Extraordinary Form, though I spent the whole Mass waiting in line for confession (my church does confessions during Mass if they have enough priests, it’s odd but often very helpful) which is what I get for trying to go to confession the Sunday before Christmas! I was impressed with myself though, because I was actually 15 minutes early for Mass which is pretty unusual.
The rest of the day was spent with a trip up to school with the fiancé to pick up some things I left behind and to water his plants.
All the snow has melted from last weekend’s snowstorm, but we had about 48 hours of rain and flash floods on Friday and Saturday. Today was dry thankfully, but overcast and just plain cold. I’ll take the snow back thank you so it can be pretty and white again!
