As far as Spring Break’s spent at home go, so far this one is winning the award for best weather. It’s been mostly sunny and not terribly frigid, so that’s a win in my book. It’s not Florida, but at least it’s not -3.
Sunday Mass was mostly uneventful, though we had the longest Gradual chant I’ve ever heard, and I had a friend from school visiting the Latin Mass, so I was excited for her to experience it.
We had an informal meeting of some of the musicians and singers who will be playing for our wedding and went over some of the music they’re going to be doing. I am already so excited about the music that we have picked out and our singers are so wonderful, I just know it’s going to be absolutely gorgeous!
With the weather starting to change, I decided I needed to quickly put together any ‘winter outfits’ that I don’t like for spring and summer and wear them before it gets too warm. I also managed to pull in just a small amount of ‘violent’ to commemorate the penitential season!
